What happens when the trial ends?
The account drops to Starter. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked: you keep read access to everything and can export it all.
How does per-team pricing work?
One price covers everyone in the workspace, whether that is four people or four hundred. Guests and clients are free too. The only thing that changes the bill is the plan.
Can we import from the tool we use now?
Yes. CSV from anything, and direct imports from most trackers. The importer shows you what it understood before it writes anything, and you can run it as many times as you like.
Can we self-host?
Not yet. It is the most common request and it is on the roadmap, but we would rather say no than ship something we cannot support properly.
Do you have an API?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. It is the same API the app itself uses, so there is nothing the interface can do that you cannot.
Where is our data stored?
In Frankfurt or Virginia, encrypted at rest and in transit; Business lets you choose which. Backups run hourly and are kept for 30 days, and the SOC 2 report is yours on request.
