Can I change plans later?
Yes, whenever you like. Upgrades apply straight away and we charge only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for.
What counts as an invoice on the Free plan?
Any invoice you send in a calendar month, including recurring ones. Drafts, quotes and credit notes don't count, and the counter resets on the 1st.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front at 20% less than monthly. Add users mid-year and they are prorated to your renewal date. If you cancel in the first 30 days we refund the lot.
Are card fees on top of the plan price?
They are taken from each payment before it reaches you, never billed separately. You can pass them on to clients as a surcharge where local law allows it; Ledgerly adds the line for you.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account drops to Free. Every invoice, client and payment stays readable and exportable as CSV, PDF or JSON for as long as you want it. We delete it only when you ask us to.
Do you offer discounts?
Registered non-profits and charities get 50% off any paid plan. Accountants managing five or more clients get a partner rate and a single bill. Ask billing for either.
